6 one-on-one coaching calls
Private calls across the three months. Your niche, your pricing and your next steps, reviewed directly with me, not in a group. You get the recording and my notes after every call.

Build and host client sites on the agency platform. No servers, no plugin roulette, no 2am outage that's suddenly your problem.

The partnership
What working with me really looks like.
When you join, you're not just taking a course. You're starting a partnership. You do what I do with my own clients, and I'm right beside you the whole way. Here it is, step by step.
Step 1
You build your own brand and website.
Over the three months, I help you build your own brand and your own website, on my platform. It's included in your program fee. After the three months, your account costs $97 a month to keep running.
Step 2
I teach you to build the same for other people.
Once yours is done, I show you how to build websites, and the automations behind them, for local businesses. That's how you position yourself as a website builder and automation specialist. You're never guessing. We do it together.
Step 3
When you win a client, you tell me.
I send you one invoice for $1,000 for that client's build. That covers me setting up your client's account on the platform, laying the foundations and automations, giving you the templates, making the connections, and guiding you while you build their site. You only pay it when you have a client.
Step 4
You choose what to charge your client. The rest is yours.
Your client pays you whatever you agree with them: $1,500, $2,000, $3,000 or more. You keep everything above the $1,000.
Step 5
Your client pays a monthly hosting fee, and you keep most of it.
Your client's website and systems run on my platform, so they pay a monthly hosting fee. You set that fee. $50 of it comes to me, and the rest is yours. It carries on for as long as that client stays with you.

Every month, for hosting
- You charge your client: $97 a month
- $50 of that comes to me
You keep: $47 a month
These numbers are only an example. You choose your own prices, so yours can be higher or lower. Hosting fees repeat every month while a client stays, and each client site you host adds its own $50 to what you pay me.
